I ordered the wrong size, Can I exchange this for another size?
Yes. You can exchange your item(s) for another size

Follow the “How do I return my order” instructions below to exchange your item.

How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your item, please make sure that it is in the condition it arrived in. The item must be unworn, tags still attached and undamaged in order for our team to accept your return.

Please use the form on the left or send us an email with your order number, and reasons for your return to hello@gracious.com. The cost of returning the item is at the customers cost.

When do I have to return my item?
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted by our team.

Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, If you would like to return your item for a store credit or a different size this is allowed. Returned items must be in the condition you received it in.
