Shipping information:

  • We ship within New Zealand and Australia

  • Flat Rate of $10 for all order to New Zealand

  • Flat Rate of $20 for all orders to Australia

  • 1-2 days to process all orders

Estimated Delivery Times - New Zealand

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for North Island Orders

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for South Island Orders

  • Any rural deliveries please allow up to 5-6 working days

  • Full-priced items: No refunds, only exchanges or store credit based on the cost of item

FAQ’s:

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your item, please make sure that it is in the condition it arrived in. The item must be unworn, tags still attached, and undamaged for our team to accept your return.

Please send us a detailed email with your order number, and reasons for your return to hello@graciousnz.com. The cost of returning the item is at the customer’s cost, we recommend you use tracking as sometimes packages can go missing!

Our team will be in touch with you within 2-3 days via email and we will process your return.

When do I have to return my item?

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted by our team.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to return your item for a store credit this is allowed. Returned items must still have the original tags and unworn, showing no signs of damage

What if my product is faulty?

If the product is faulty a refund will be allowed. Please email our team with a picture of your faulty item and we will be more than happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for another item.

I ordered the wrong size what do can I do?

When purchasing the item make sure that you have selected the right size. If your package comes and you have purchased the wrong size you are able to exchange this for another size or store credit.
