Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to New Zealand and Australia but have plans to begin shipping worldwide in the near future!

How do I return my order?

We understand that sometimes your purchase isn’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only offered if your item is deemed faulty.

IMPORTANT:

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only processed for items that are assessed and confirmed as faulty.
  • All approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit, with no expiry date.
  • Once your return is received and marked as delivered, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed.

When do I have to return my item?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this 14-day window, we are unable to accept any returns or issue store credit.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like to return your item for a store credit this is allowed. Returned items must still have the original tags and unworn, showing no signs of damage

What if my product is faulty?

If the product is faulty a refund will be provided. Please email our team with a picture of your faulty item and we will be more than happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for another item.

I ordered the wrong size what do can I do?
