Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes your purchase isn’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only offered if your item is deemed faulty.

IMPORTANT:

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only processed for items that are assessed and confirmed as faulty.
  • All approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit, with no expiry date.
  • Once your return is received and marked as delivered, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item for a store credit, then place a new order for your preferred item.

How to Request a Return

Faulty Items

We carefully check every item before dispatch, but in the rare case your item is faulty, please email us using the template above, including details and photos if possible, so we can assist promptly.
